Know Before You Go

Guests may enjoy the following alcoholic beverages:

  • Beer: All varieties, including lagers, ales, IPAs, and stouts.
  • Wine: Red, white, rosé, and sparkling wines.
  • Malt-Based Beverages: This includes hard seltzers and flavored malt beverages.

Examples of permitted brands:

  • Hard Seltzers: White Claw, Truly, Bud Light Seltzer, Loverboy, Vizzy, Highball, Bon & Viv.
  • Flavored Malt Beverages: BuzzBallz, Smirnoff Ice, Mike’s Hard Lemonade, Twisted Tea, Cayman Jack, Seagram’s Escapes.

Note: All beverages must be in cans or plastic containers; glass containers are strictly prohibited.

To comply with city regulations and our liquor license, the following are not allowed:

  • Hard Liquor: Any spirits such as vodka, tequila, rum, gin, whiskey, etc.
  • Liquor-Based Seltzers and Cocktails: Drinks containing distilled spirits, even if in can form.
  • Glass Containers: For safety reasons, glass bottles or containers are not allowed.

Examples of prohibited brands:

  • Liquor-Based Seltzers: High Noon (vodka-based), Surfside (vodka-based), Sun Cruiser (tequila-based), Cutwater Spirits (various spirits-based), Monaco Cocktails, Jose Cuervo Playamar.
  • Pre-Mixed Cocktails: Any canned cocktails containing hard liquor.

Yes! Feel free to bring snacks or any food you’d like.

Our pedal bikes can accommodate up to 14 passengers.

Yes, alcohol is permitted on board as long as you are 21+. Please, no glass containers.

No need to work up a sweat! Our pedal tours feature electric-assist bikes, so pedaling is smooth and easy—just sit back, sip, and enjoy the ride.

Yes, we provide ice and water for your convenience.

Yes, our Pink Pedal Tours are equipped with Bluetooth and LED laser lights to enhance your experience.

While we encourage stops at our partner bars, you are in charge of where to stop. It doesn’t have to be one of our partner bars.

You can request a quote before booking by visiting our request a quote page and filling out the quote request form, or by contacting us directly via phone at (602) 669-9015. We’ll provide you with all the details you need to plan your perfect tour.

To make a reservation, please call or text us at 1-623-428-8996. A $100 deposit is required to book, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event. We accept Venmo, debit, and all major credit cards.

The minimum rental is 2 hours. You can extend your rental if needed, and we offer custom hours for longer events.

We operate 24/7, 365 days a year, rain or shine!

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 7 or more days before your scheduled tour: Full refund.
  • More than 24 hours but less than 7 days before your scheduled tour: 50% refund.
  • Within 24 hours of your scheduled tour: No refund.

The customer is responsible for payment in accordance with the cancellation policy above. By booking a tour, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these cancellation terms.

Changes to your group size must be approved in advance, and pricing may be adjusted based on the final guest count. Changes to the date, time, pickup location, or other booking details must also be approved in advance and are subject to availability.
